pkoka Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Policy

1 Acceptance & Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the pkoka website and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using our services, you are legally bound by these terms.

Pkoka is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Access from regions where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

• Pkoka's terms may be updated at any time, with changes published on the website upon taking effect.
• Continued use of pkoka after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any conflict between the Bangla and English versions of pkoka's terms, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required when registering on pkoka. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may create only one account. Multiple pkoka accounts registered under the same national ID, mobile number, or bank account are not permitted.

• A copy of your national ID or passport is required for KYC verification.
• Pkoka may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Keeping the account password secure is the user's responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on pkoka. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same account.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals directly from bonus balance are not permitted — wagering requirements must be met first.
• For suspicious transactions, pkoka may place a payment on hold until verification is complete.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkoka are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless pkoka itself decides to void a bet due to a technical error. For in-play betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.

Pkoka reserves the right to adjust odds or void bets at its own discretion, particularly in cases of an Obvious Error in pricing.

• If a match or event is abandoned, bets will be voided or refunded in accordance with pkoka's policy.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will continue to stand.
• Pkoka sets a maximum winnings cap, which varies across each betting category.
• Pkoka's decision is final in any dispute related to betting.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

• The pkoka welcome bonus is available once only, for each new member.
• Bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements, though not all games may contribute equally.
• Bonus balance can only be used on games designated by pkoka.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue – any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Pkoka reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus abuse and void any bonuses involved.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkoka platform. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair experience for all members.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using pkoka for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated methods.
• Coordinating bets with others to manipulate odds.
• Exploiting technical errors to place irregular bets.
• Accessing or stealing another member's account information.
• Threatening or harassing pkoka support staff or any member of the team.

Pkoka reserves the right to suspend or close an account and forfeit any related funds in the event of any violation.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Pkoka reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

• Any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any refund is at pkoka's sole discretion.
• As part of responsible gaming, members can choose to take a voluntary break from betting at any time.

8 Limitation of Liability

Pkoka strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability beyond what technical constraints allow.

• Pkoka is not responsible for missed bets due to server downtime or internet disruptions.
• Pkoka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

10 Responsible Gaming

Every pkoka member can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Options are also available to temporarily suspend an account (from 7 days up to 6 months) or close it permanently.
